The food was actually good for a place like this, and my kids were all about the fries. It was quick and easy, which I appreciated, but the prices for drinks and snacks are a little ridiculous. Still, not a bad stop overall

I had an okay time there, nothing too bad really. The place was just kind of hit or miss when it came to cleanliness. Like, some spots looked totally fine, but then the floors and tables in other areas looked like they needed a better wipe down or something. It wasn’t gross or anything, just not as kept up as I was expecting...

We had my son’s party here and overall the kids had a really good time, which is the main thing. The party host was nice enough, but she seemed a little distracted and we had to ask for a few things more than once. Nothing was awful or anything, just not as organized as I expected. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price, I did think the host would be a bit more on top of everything

The place was fine overall, no major complaints tbh. The only annoying part was filling out the waiver, it took way longer than I expected and felt like a bit of a hassle lol

We had my son’s birthday party here, i could tell quickly the kids were going to have a great time. They were all excited and had a blast. The staff was friendly and helpful, though check-in did take a little longer than I expected, and it definitely got loud once things picked up. Still, my overall gut feeling leaving was that it was a fun day and worth it. I’d come back again.

I wanted to have a good experience, but the wait times made it frustrating. Once you’re sitting there for that long, it starts to affect how you feel about everything else, even if the service or product ends up being okay.

I booked it online it was done before I even had time to overthink it. I was expecting maybe a form issue or some weird extra step, but nope, just a few minutes and it was all set. Straightforward, which I really appreciated.

Wow. There was so much to keep everyone busy. The kids were entertained the whole time and never once said they were bored. Amazing.

I didn’t have much trouble finding a spot, which was a relief. It reminded me of when I’d go out with my dad and we’d always circle forever looking for parking, so this was a nice change.

The kids had an absolute blast, i had a great time too. There was plenty to do, so nobody got bored, which made it feel really worth it. We’ll definitely be coming back again.

We went to Thrillz Danbury on a busy weekend, and I thought it was going to be total chaos, but I was pleasantly surprised. The crowd control was actually good, the lines moved at a decent pace, and the staff seemed to be keeping an eye on areas that were getting too packed. A few spots did feel a little cramped, especially around check-in and the waiting areas, which is why I’d give it 4 stars. But overall, it still felt fun, safe, and well-managed for such a busy day. We had a great time!

The location is convenient overall, which made getting around easy. Parking was kind of annoying though, so that part was a little frustrating.

Took my kids to Thrillz Danbury and overall we had a good time. My 10-year-old loved it and was all over the place, but my younger one needed a lot more help with some of the climbing parts. i didn’t realize how much effort it would take as a parent to keep helping and encouraging them through it, so that got a little tiring. I’d say it’s better for kids who are a bit older and comfortable with heights or climbing. The staff was around and helpful, which made things easier. Giving it 4 stars.

Had a fun time here tbh, the vibe was good and everything was enjoyable overall. The only thing I noticed was that some of the gear looked kinda worn out, so it could def use a little updating. Still a good experience tho!

I reached out with a question and was impressed by how fast they got back to me. They answered clearly, knew exactly what I was asking about, and had everything sorted without me needing to explain it over and over. Really smooth experience.
